2025 Squatchcon Vendor FAQ
Welcome to Squatchcon! We’re excited to have you as part of our 2025 event. This page is a quick reference guide for all things Squatchcon. We’ll be updating it with more information as we get closer to the event.
You may want to bookmark this page. If you don’t, no worries - you’ll get emails in advance of Squatchcon when there are major updates.

2025 Squatchcon Dates and Times
Squatchcon is a four day event taking place April 10 - 13 in Port Angeles, WA. The schedule for our event is:
Thursday, April 10
Setup: 8AM - 2:30PM
Market Hours: 3PM - 8PM
After Hours: 8PM - 10PM
Friday, April 11
Setup: 8AM - 11:30AM
Market Hours: 12PM - 8PM
After Hours: 8PM - 10PM
Saturday, April 12
Setup: 8AM - 9:30AM
Market Hours: 10AM - 6PM
After Hours: 7PM - 10PM
Sunday, April 13
No Setup Hours
Market Hours: 10AM - 3PM
No After Hours
Vendors are expected to be present for the market hours that they have committed to and provide enough setup time for themselves to be prepared a half hour before doors open. Vendors are invited to attend the after-hours events but are not obligated.
No early breakdowns, please! We want people who arrive at 2:30PM on Sunday to receive an awesome experience; and those last minute sales do add up.
Squatchcon takes place at the Vern Burton Community Center (308 E 4th St, Port Angeles, WA 98362) with after-hours events at Studio Bob and Field Arts & Events Hall.
Where is Squatchcon?
What is provided to vendors?
Your 8ft by 2.5ft folding table and two folding chairs are provided. Any table coverings or decor including tablecloths must be provided by the artist.
Our venue has strong WiFi and a dedicated network for vendor market events. The password will be provided to you when you arrive. We recommend that you have a backup plan available just in case: cash, Venmo, or a personal hotspot are all good options.
Snacks, bottled water, and water filling stations are available for vendors. Our team provides an assortment of tasty and healthyish snacks for you to enjoy. Food vendors will also be available onsite.
If you need electrical outlet access, please request it. A limited number of outlets are available - if you do not request electrical outlet access it will not be provided. We will try to accommodate all requests.
